I was a little hesitant after reading the negative reviews about this particular dealership, but I decided to go anyways because they had the truck that I wanted on their lot. Here's how my experience went: I went in, test drove the truck, 2023 Tacoma Trail Edition, and liked it. I sat down with Satnam Singh and we started to talk about the out-the-door price for the vehicle. Like many of the reviews, I was bewildered by the dealership markup. Although it took the entire day, I was able to leave with my dream truck at a price that I was willing to pay. Thank you Mr. Singh, Mike in finance, and the Lodi Toyota team for making my first dealership experience a memorable one.

Terrible they lie about what they do to you’re car after two attempts at getting an oil change they did not top off my fluids they did not change my air filter they did not check the floor mat’s which I left undone on purpose to see how honest they are , and they are not !!! They checked off all these things they say they did , I decided to take my car to a friend that’s a mechanic he changed my oil it was dark I just recently went to get this done at the Lodi Toyota Camry how is this possible my coolant level was low the oil level was half way I have no leaks how is this possible it’s easy they didn’t do all they said they did , the cherry on top I ordered a windshield protector for my car I called them about 6 times in 8 months always told not here yet 2 years later I got it somewhere else like I do my maintenance services for my car now never again worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I've been a consistent customer purchasing new Toyota's of Lodi for at least 25 yrs. with a 5 Star rating. I bought a used 2021 Toyota Corolla in the middle of 2023. The left Front tire had a slow leak from the time I bought it. When it was checked that tire had cracks on the sidewall both of the front tires were FOUR YEARS OLDER THAN MY CAR AND THE REAR TIRES!? Then I had the fun of the BATTERY GOING DEAD THREE TIMES AND NOW HAVING TO REPLACE IT WITHIN TWO YEARS!? "COME ON". I can't identify who change these items but Lodi sold the car.

Really want to highlight the Services/mechanical department. Was given the wrong info from the guy who sold me the car and showed up without an appointment. The service dept was super short staffed but they were able to still make sure I got seen and my vehicle was able to be worked on. The rep who worked with me made sure he followed up and gave me a call to make sure I was taken care of. Great customer survive from the services department.

Brigitte is a great, no stress, straight shooter that will make a buying experience fun, saleswoman. Complete opposite from my experience at the Sacramento/Roseville dealerships. I’ll drive to Lodi for my next Toyota for sure. My daughter worked very hard to buy this vehicle and Brigitte made buying a car a fun experience for us and I thank her for that. Everyone at the dealership wears nice and friendly but the best part was only dealing with 2 people from start to end, no funny business. Thank you Lodi Toyota!

Cory Silva and Salesman Javier robbed me of 3,500. Sold me a “60,000” mile warranty, my father signed away… it turned out to be 30,000. Went back , Cory Silva claimed it was 60k miles and told me he made sure… still 30k miles. What thieves and liars here. Disgusting animals at Lodi Toyota. I have witnessed as well I can prove this. Don’t go here go to Elk Grove Toyota or some auto all Toyota. This dealer robs and steals legally…
